Welcome to Yoga with Elona

Become healthier, stronger, and more balanced, on the mat and off.

It never ceases to amaze me how much restorative power, strength building and mental enrichment a yoga practice can provide. As a teacher, I share my enthusiasm, positive energy, and compassion with my students. I look forward to continuing to grow as a person and as a yogi through my yoga practice and through my life!

To catch a class with me in a studio,” please check the “Schedule” page.

Not so sure about this whole “yoga thing”? Please see the “IFs, ANDs, or BUTs” page.

From The Tao of Pooh by Benjamin Hoff:
” ‘What do you like doing best in the world, Pooh?’
‘Well,’ said Pooh, ‘What I like best —-’ and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn’t know what it was called.

The honey doesn’t taste so good once it is being eaten; the goal doesn’t mean so much once it is reached; the reward is not so rewarding once it has been given. If we add up all the rewards in our lives, we won’t have very much. But if we add up the spaces between the rewards, we’ll come up with quite a bit. And if we add up the rewards and the spaces, then we’ll have everything – every minute of the time that we spent. What if we could enjoy it?”
